Everything a fresh server instance needs to take over a still-open connection (ADR-0027): the outcome it was accepted with, the rooms host code joined it to, and the subscribe frames that are still live (net of their unsubscribes, and only those the server acknowledged). The server's per-connection registries are all derived from these. JSON-safe as long as the connection's ctx and env are.
